What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is typically 10 cases (240 bottles). We also provide flexible programs that allow you to prepay and receive as few as one case at a time, tailored to your needs.
What bottle sizes are available?
We offer 10oz and 16.9oz standard ribbed bottles, as well as 16oz aluminum bottles for an eco-friendly option.
Do the bottles come with custom labels?
Yes, each bottle includes a full-color, waterproof custom label, applied and ready for use upon delivery.
What is the Production Time?
Most orders ship within 18–24 business days, depending on design complexity, order size, and location. Prepaid programs may offer faster shipping; however, peak seasons can extend production times.
What type of bottle caps are used?
Our 10oz and 16.9oz bottles feature flat, clear, or white screw-top caps, depending on availability.
Can I receive my order in multiple shipments?
Yes, we offer free storage for larger orders and can ship cases as needed based on your purchase quantity. Please contact us for details on shipping, storage, and release options.
What kind of labels do you use?
Our labels are waterproof, UV-coated, and have permanent adhesion. They remain intact without peeling or fading, even when refrigerated or iced.
What are the label dimensions for each bottle size?

Do you provide pre-production proofs?
Yes, upon receiving your logo, we offer virtual proofs of your design on the selected bottle. After order placement, our art department will send a final digital proof for your approval before production begins.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept AI, EPS, Vector, JPEG, and PNG files. For optimal print quality, EPS or Vector files are preferred. If there are issues with resolution or file quality, our art department will inform you.

Step 1: Dual Carbon Filtration
This stage removes potential chemicals, chlorine, pesticides, and herbicides from the water, ensuring a clean and safe starting point for the purification process.

Water passes through dual tanks to eliminate magnesium, calcium, and other compounds, creating softer, more refined water.

Any solids, particles, or organisms between 10 and 5 microns in size are filtered out to ensure clarity and purity.
